Bug: Crashes when using the "Read Aloud" Feature
I was using the Read Aloud feature on Logos 10, just testing it out. The program crashed within a minute. I am up to date on on my Logos software. I am using a MacBook Pro using Mac OS Ventura version 13.0 Beta.
Has anyone else had Logos crash on them using the desktop app? I haven't tried using this feature on my phone or iPad yet.

Yes! I have had similar issues. I use the read aloud function a ton (as much as any other feature) for seminary, and now it’s practically unusable. I run Logos 9 still (on M2 MacBook Air - Mac OS Ventura 13.0), but after the Logos update that occurred around the release of Logos 10, read aloud became unstable for me in two ways.
(1) If I select a Siri system voice, read aloud will function properly for one sentence and then Logos crashes/closes entirely.
(2) If I select another system voice read aloud “works,” but the reading speeds are all messed up. In particular, they are way too fast. 1.4x speed is way faster than 2x used to be (and faster than 2.5x was on my last Windows laptop). 2x speed is humanly impossible to hear because it is so fast. At the same time, 1x speed is slower than I could read it myself, so I’m better off not using it. I’ve felt a noticeable strain in keeping up with syllabi as a result, since I can listen/follow along faster than I can read on my own head. I would be deeply grateful if this issue was addressed/resolved.
