BUG: unable to select highlight when menu displayed

When the menu is displayed (see first screenshot), tapping on the highlight does nothing. When the menu is hidden, tapping on the highlight (rightfully) pulls up the note info. This is needed, for example, when changing styles/colors.

I am running the 10.0.2 app on ipadOS 15.7

I don't know. I <believe> that I tapped and tapped and tapped without anything happening. Currently, when I tap on it the menu dissapears and THEN the highlight is selected. I don't think that was the behavior I was experiencing yesterday.

However, I now have a more serious issue that my textbooks for my course are unavailble to me. [:s]
