Logos 10 ARM Crashing on Mac Air M1
I'm having continual crashes any time I open up a resource on my Mac Air M1. Anyone else having the same issue?
*I've followed all the troubleshooting steps (restart, re-install, fontbook check, and send diagnostic log to support), just wondering if others have a similar problem...

It appears to be connected to opening the ESV bible with multi-resources , but then you say this applies to any resource and it is the first/only resource being opened in the log!
The FATAL nature of the error is such that I suggest you contact Customer Support via online chat (or telephone).

Brenton and I have already spoken about this, but I thought I'd reply here as well.
For anyone having the same error on Apple silicon Macs (M1, M2 etc.), deleting the Logos application file from the Applications folder and installing the Intel version from www.logos.com/install should resolve the problem for now.
We are aware of the problem and a case has been logged internally for it. I'll add a link to this thread to the case.0 -

We have not been able to reproduce this in-house, but we did ship a change in 10.0 SR-2 (10.0.0.0240) that we think will address the issue. If you haven't already been automatically updated to the ARM version of SR-2, can you please update and let us know if that fixes the issue for you?

Unfortunately it continues to crash (application closes) when i attempt to open a resource. I've also tried uninstalling and re-installing my entire library, and this has not solved it either
One extra detail. I have 2 profiles on my Macbook Air, which are critical to how i use my computer. Ive tried using the application on both profiles but get the same result. That might help in your investigation.

Is there anything we should know about these installations? Are they both on the internal hard drive, installed in the default places? You haven't tried anything fancy, have you?
