Logs from Factbook tags not taking

These are logs from my going through and adding Factbook tags ... it goes well for many tags, then it stops applying the tags - no error, just no factbook filter underline. These logs show the last few tags not taking ... even when I go back to reenter them. This pattern has happened multiple times on multiple days.

    Continuing problem - hit hard today.
