It’s stuck on Scannin, frustrating.
This is a feature which requires internet and FL servers. Of killing the app and/or making sure to have good internet doesn’t resolve it, check back another time. Perhaps it is on FL’s side
I had this problem and it was because the dialogue box asking for permission to use the camera hadn’t appeared. I reinstalled and the box came up and it’s worked fine ever since. Obviously that solution is only likely to work if you’ve never been able to scan since L10.
