keyboard "a" is not working on logos 10

I buy a new MacBook Pro 16 with logos 10
suddenly "A" of keyboard is not working on Logos 10, but working on other program such as MS word, memo apps.
I do not know why.

please help me to solve the issue.

That's a strange one!  Although the new Logos Silicon Mac version is a bit bug-ish for some.

I guess as first steps, you've:

- rebooted your Mac already

- re-installed the software

- check the fonts in settings ... no strangeness

- is the A missing everywhere (eg notes, library, command box, etc)?
