I have installed the Logos 10 beta, version 10.1.0.0018 and since installing my toolbar is on top as in Logos 9. When I go to Program Settings there is no option to change the Toolbar.

Have you purchased a Logos 10 base package or feature set? If so, which one?
The Starter Feature upgrade or higher is required for this option to appear.

Beta Testing for Loros 10 has been completed, so you will need a Logos 10 package in order to operate.
Technically, the private pre-release Logos 10 beta testing is complete. Ongoing beta testing of 10.1, etc., is in progress, but it does require a license to the Logos 10 engine (not necessarily from a base package).
