The five options shown are the most recent you have used.
If you click the Highlight button (to the left of the various highlight styles) this should open the Highlight tool giving you access to all your highlighting styles

Hm. I don't see it giving any highlighting options - but for me the one from L9 (available under classic.apps.logos.com) doesn't either. Strange that there's no Highlighter tool and no "more styles" option (even on mobile there's lots of styles, including custom ones).
There's a workaround in the Web App (L10 and L9): use the Notes tool, there you can select from a larger choice of FL-prebuilt highlighter styles

I've created a case for the team to investigate. Thank you for reporting, Rodney. I will reach back out when it has been fixed.
UPDATE: I spoke with one of our developers and it turns out this is actually intended behavior (though I recognize not desired behavior). I have taken note of this for possible future improvements to the web app. Please feel free to vote for Highlighting in Faithlife Feedback.
