This is what I get as the link when I am clearly in 16.9 Eventually I can get low enough in the article for it to pick up the correct link but ....
When I select 16.9 from the TOC and then copy the RL Link I get
[[16.9 The Interpretation of Scripture >> logosres:sa-guident2;art=16.9]]
When I scroll so that none of 16.8.2 is showing, on the screen, I get 16.9
When some of 16.8.2 is showing at the top of the screen and I select or click in a portion of 16.9, 16.8.2 is used.
That sounds probable for how it is working. The reason that I thought it was a bug is that I had done a search. clicked on the search result, clicked on RL and got the wrong link. I then clicked near the found item to set the focus - still wrong item. I then selected some lines below the found item to set focus - still wrong item. Then I scrolled so that nothing prior to 16.9 showed and far enough that my found item no longer appeared - finally the right item.
I had assumed that when I came from the search the focus would be set. I haven't had this behavior before when building Reading List entries. I guess I need to check that I didn't accidentally click on the article rather than the item or something similar.
