Print restricted books (new feature?)

I've just discovered something new, and hope it will remain the exception...

It seems not only print restricted, but also export restricted.

    I hadn't noticed! Are you sure that L9 didn't have this restriction?

    This was a requirement of the publisher for distributing their ebook. I believe it's been in place since L8 (maybe earlier). The ebook has never been sold in Logos format without this restriction.
