App Constantly Crashing after Update

The Logos app on my Sony Xperia had been most recently updated to 10.0.2. Yesterday I noticed that there was another update available for the mobile app, so I updated it. However, since then, any time I try to open the app it crashes before even fully open. Since it doesn't open, I can't send a report with logs the usual way.

    Same problem. It seems to crash if I open more than 2 books.

    I am sorry to hear you are having this problem. We certainly we want to help fix this, but it does differ from Jordan's problem in a number of respects.

    Please send us your logs:
    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
    3. Tap Help.
    4. Press “Report a Problem”
    5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press “Send” to send your report.

    We have released a new update on Verbum and Biblia: 10.0.4 1000049400. We are still waiting on approval from the Google Play Store for the update to be released to the Logos app. It should be available shortly. Please update the app and let me know if the issue persists.

    Hi Ali, thank you. The new update worked and the app opened for me. The other issues that Joe is aware of are still present, but at least I can open the app again.

    I got the update. It still is consistently crashing if I have more than 2 resources open.

    Same here, although it stopped crashing every time yesterday.

    I would appreciate it very much if you could please send us your logs, so that we can look into this further.  Do I understand you correctly, that the app tends to crash when you have two or more resources open?  Please include a comment about this when you send your logs by email.

    Hi Joe.

    I've done as you asked and sent the log. I can't really comment whether it was because I had several resources open or not, as the issue started when I already had several resources open and the app just kept crashing. My tablet is set to automatically update apps, so at all times I was up to date. Thankfully things have settled down now.

    Done, although as I mentioned in my post, it did stop crashing regularly a while ago.  Anyway hope the logs are helpful.
