BUG: Dragging Notes to Favorites don't work

Hi! 

I tried to search for the subject and found this:

However, it's been a while since this topic and it seems, in this case, it was an OS bug.

In my case, using Logos 10, I can't drag notes onto favorites. I don't know if it's a new bug because I started trying this recently. Tested on Mac OS and Windows 

Sometimes it works, as you can see in the picture, but most times, it doesn't. I can see the "+" sign and the red line (which means it will work), but when I let go, it doesn't stick there.
