BUG: Factbook Tags won't completely delete

I added two factbook tags for St. Symeon the New Theologian in two different resources. They showed up in the Factbook pretty much immediately. However, then I decided I wanted to delete one of them because there was already a headword that linked to the factbook.

When I tried to delete that factbook tag, it disappeared from the resource, but it won't completely disappear from the Factbook entry. It listed one result for that resource but when I try to expand the resource it doesn't show anything under it the way the other resource does. See below:
