Personal Books in Logos 10

I am trying to build a personal book out of a Word file in Logos 10 and just receive an error message indicating (filename.docx) is not a valid Word document. Tried saving the file into Rich Text Format (RTF) and later saving into docx format but I keep getting the same message.

Tried using Word files that I had successfully used before to build a personal book, but this time I get the stated message.

Has anyone been successful creating a personal book in Logos 10?

No worries. Normally it is a good idea to create your own thread. In this case, however, a FL employee has asked for users to chime in.
