Where did visual Copy go?

Did I miss something? I can’t seem to get visual copy to pull up anymore. I haven’t tried this since L9 but I would make a highlight in a book, select the highlight and send to visual copy. I don’t see that option anymore. If I leave the selection window and go to Media the selection cancels. Is it gone on mobile?
