LEFT PANEL FLICKERING?

Anyone else experiencing this?

I just upgraded to L10. My longstanding workspace with guides on the left panel periodically "flickers." I am including a screenshot. The "flicker occurs at about 5 seconds and then again at about 23 seconds.

Provide a few more details like version of MacOS, screen size (pixels) and refresh rate. Does it only flicker with images in the left panel?

I started working with L10 this week, and I haven't had the flickering at all. Will post again if it resurfaces.
