Bug: Copy selected verses copies whole chapter every time.
Logos 10 Chapter Copying Bug:
When selecting text that includes verse 1, Logos 10 ONLY copies the entire chapter.
Within the chapter, not including verse 1, the software correctly copies only the selected verses.

Welcome Buck! [:)]
When selecting text that includes verse 1, Logos 10 ONLY copies the entire chapter. Within the chapter, not including verse 1, the software correctly copies only the selected verses.
I can't replicate, so more details are necessary. Can you provide precise steps to replicate? Screenshots?

I don't see this problem either.

I remember the chapter-copy a long time back. But not recently.
But just testing, there does seem a small bug in the chapter beginning, when copying. Using an Emphasized Bible, and selecting start of a chapter (including 1st verse), then right-clicking > 'Selection' > 'Copy' > 'Text Only', I get just EB's chapter heading. I assume 'Text Only' is supposed to deliver verse text. On NRSV, the same process delivers verse text (v1).
But that's super minor.

Is there a reason you are not using this menu?
For myself, the answer is because I always turn that menu off. It often pops up when I am not interested in it. I am more confortable going directly to the context menu.

It does the same thing. I just learned and used the bigger one, so I use it by habit. Now that I know there is a smaller one, I may use it, but it does not fix the problem. It still copies the entire chapter of KJV if vs 1 is in the selection.
I did find out it does not have this problem with ESV, and it may be limited to KJV. I don't know yet. Been a busy day.

Sorry for the frustration. The behavior varies because of a difference in tagging. I'm looking into why the Bibles were structured this way, and I reported that it is causing this problem.

Thank you. I haven't tested anything else, but it works with ESV so it may be a problem with KJV 1900 only

There are places in the ESV where it is a problem as well, where there is a chapter number without a pericope/section title. A selection starting with the verse text will not show the problem, but a selection including the chapter number will.
