Logos 9 will not reinstall in IOS 13 (Ventura) on an iMac.

From this end user's perspective Logos is currently incompatible with Ventura.

I cannot reload/reinstall Logos 9 without the following error message:
"Logos cannot be opened from this location. Please click and drag the Logos icon to your applications folder to copy it to your computer."

I repeatedly get this message after dragging the Logos icon to my applications folder.
