I have an iPad. I use it with a wifi card. When I go to a book, such as, The Zondervan Encyclopedia of the Bible, Vol 1, A-C the Table of Contents does not list all the articles. For instance, if I go to the letter A, I get a listing for Aalar to Abel-Cheramin. How do I see the rest of the listings under A?
