I had one with 160 notes that today...is just gone.
All the anchors in the passages pointing back to the notes....all gone.
I opened a case with Faithlife but haven't heard back.
Did you look in your trashcan (lower left in the left-most column in the notes tool)? Or did you check that you hadn't turned it off (visual filters) in the resource?
I didn't know there was a trash can. The notebook was in there. No idea how it got deleted.
