BUG: Selection pop-up menu stays on screen when you Alt-Tab away from Logos (on Windows)

Logos 10.0 SR-2, Windows 10

Make a selection (notice the pop-up menu goes up, as expected).

Now Alt-Tab away from Logos.

The Logos selection pop-up menu is still there. It shouldn't be.
