If I click on a Logos resource link for Hermeneutics, L4 comes up as expected. If I click on a Logos resource reference in Covering of the Head, it bring up L3. The first is a new list; the second an old list. Looks like a conversion was overlooked.
Could this be the difference between the old libronixdls protocol pointing to L3 and the new logosres protocol pointing to L4?
That's what I suspect. But since that's the type of implementation analysis error that drives me nuts, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt - for the sake of my own sanity.[:D]
See this section on the wiki to repair the associations on your computer (if you don't want LDLS3 to open libronixdls: links): http://wiki.logos.com/Hyperlinks#Problem.3a_Libronix_DLS_executes_the_protocol_instead_of_Logos_4

NEW ANSWER: I ran the command, got a nice note that Logos 4 was registered. And I got the following behavior:
I still believe that Logos should run a conversion on topics.logos - the two interfaces conventions should be invisible to the end user.
ORIGINAL ANSWER: Yes, I knew of the wiki page before I posted the bug. However, the problem was not caused by any activity on my end (unless the recent beta did it) -- it had worked fine for months. My concern is not with fixing it for me; my concern is fixing it for everyone out there who doesn't know about the wiki page and get confused but one-time computerese issues. Especially when they are accessing Logos - I suspect most don't even realize that they've reached "outside" Logos resources.
