Hi,

i got the following problem in the Logos Web App: my passage lists can not be displayed. This error occurs since about 2 weeks. Has anybody an idea of how to fix this?

Thanks!

Richard

I get the same result. This will need to be addressed by someone from FL

Strange - it's working fine for me

Richard - it looks as though you are still running Logos 9 - is that correct?

John - presumably you saw the problem in the L10 version of the app?

I am using the 10.0.4 Version on my Smartphone and the Web App under "classic.app.logos.com". Both of them are in German.

I have tried in both Win 10 and Mac OS Ventura on Safari and Chrome and both gave me that message. I signed in again to no avail.

Hi Richard and John. I've been able to reproduce this error on my machine and have created a bug case for investigation/resolution by a development team. In the meantime I have a workaround that enables the document to display.

    Workaround

    • When you receive the "could not be found" error visit documents.logos.com and access the same passage list
    • The document should be accessible on document.logos.com from my testing. No other action is needed other than opening the document
    • Once you've done this go back to classic.app.logos.com and attempt to open this same document again and it should be available

In my testing the language setting did not appear to be a cause as I reproduced the issue with the setting on English.
If you're unable to view the document after performing the workaround please repost and I'll be glad to investigate further.

the work around worked. We just need to do this for all our passage lists?

I have experienced this a couple of times. Each time I was able to click on SIGN IN, click AUTHORIZE, and boom, the documents appeared.

I'm glad to hear its working for you.

In my testing the issue was isolated and didn't occur for every passage list I opened. Is the error showing for every passage list you attempt to open?

I've quickly re-tested and the issue remains isolated on my machine(s). I'm testing via Chrome on both Mac and PC.

    Hi Rodney,

in my case the error occurs with every passage list i got.

Unfortunately the workaround doesn't work for me. At the moment i can't even open the page "document.logos.com" (maybe some server issue). When i tried earlier today i could open it, but couldn't see any of my passage lists there.

I just gonna wait for the development team to fix the issue. It is not urgent in my case.

Thank you for the support and God bless!

    Richard,

I'll be sure to notify this posting once we resolve the issue.
I did want to call out that the link specified above is missing an "s" and should be "documents.logos.com"

You may yet be able to gain access to your documents with that link.
    Best regards
