BUG: Design issue rendering search unusable

In trying to find a Factbook tag in a particular book, I discovered that the Factbook tags search is unusable:

1. One cannot restrict the scope of the search -- it is everything or nothing
2. The results are only in count sequence which makes it difficult to find the resource(s) one is looking for.

While the search syntax has improved, I am finding the selection of search type and the presentation of the results to be a major disappointment.
