New Mobile Library Scanning feature not working
I am keen to scan my physical books into Logo 10 with this new feature. No problem adding books manually, works well. Today I tried the scan feature on two different books, one I scanned using my iPhone 12, the other using my iPad Pro 11. Focused on ISBN bar code as shown in video on topic. Fifteen minutes later both devices are still stuck in "Scanning" mode. Only option is to cancel. Have others got this feature working well?

OK so I found out that the feature is only available at a certain level of of Logos 10 upgrade. (full feature about $400) Since I purchased the Academic essentials ($176), I did not get some features, including the print library feature, which is precisely why I was interested in upgrading to Logos 10. Since my budget is limited I was trying to go the most cost effective route. I wish it was a lot clearer, in that Logos 10 is marketed heavily on this feature but not that it is only available in certain packages. At least not in the big print.

Now that I have purchased the proper package the feature works perfectly and it is utterly awesome!

Glad to hear you solved it. In my case I had the correct upgrade, but the Study Bible App was not scanning on either my iPhone or iPad. Logos support suggested I try the Logos Bible App and I found it worked perfectly on both devices.
