It looks like someone built a product page for those scanned pages, a.k.a. facsimile works. They are probably still available at books.logos.com (or not, the page is reporting "technical issues" right now, it was sort of okay a few weeks ago). However, it doesn't make much sense to have non-OCR'ed scans, i.e. pictures, in Logos. No way to search or to annotate.
