L/V 10+ Tip of the Day #6 Turn visual filter on/off on all relevant resources
Another tip of the day (TOTD) series for Logos/Verbum 10. They will be short and often drawn from forum posts. Feel free to ask questions and/or suggest forum posts you'd like to see included. Adding comments about the behavior on mobile and web apps would be appreciated by your fellow forumites. A search for "L/V 10 Tip of the Day site:community.logos.com" on Google should bring the tips up.
This tip is based on the forum post: How can I hide all notes from visual filter for all resources toggle / one click? - Faithlife Forums (logos.com) Note that this allows one to turn the outlining format on (or off) for all applicable lexicons without knowing what all of the lexicons are.
- open a resource in which the visual filter you wish to turn on/off appears
- open the visual filter menu (1)
- find the filter you wish to turn on/off
- on the far right, a hover will uncover an arrowhead.
- click on the arrowhead (2) which will open a menu
- select the desired action (3) in the menu
