Is there any way to turn off dark mode for this resource without disabling dark mode for the entire app?

I've reported this resource problem to our content production team.
I encounter many resources with this issue in dark mode (tables, text in boxes with different background color, underlines not appearing as white underlines, etc.).
toggle dark/light mode without restart on desktop would help as a workaround.
Is there a best or preferred way to report these?
