Mobile audio courseBug: player skips last 30 seconds of every track
I've been travelling and listening to audio versions of Logos courses. Each course is split into multiple 10 minute tracks. However, the mobile (Android) app skips forward to the next track 30 seconds before the end of each and every track, missing the conclusion of each track. I need to go back manually and then move the time marker on each and every track. Can it please be looked into? Thanks

John, I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem. So far I have been unable to duplicate this behavior. Could you please name one or two courses you have experienced this problem with? Please also confirm if you were listening online or if you downloaded the audio files prior to listening to them.

Hi Joe, thanks for looking into that. I had downloaded the audio of BI352 onto my Google Pixel 4 phone, using the Logos android app (version 10.0.4). The behaviour was that when the track played all the way through it would skip the last 30 seconds. But when I went back to the track and moved the play slider to about a minute from the end to hear the last part again it would usually play it ok. That's how I managed to hear the skipped parts each time. In other words, just forwarding to the last minute or so usually won't display the problematic behaviour.
Yesterday I tried it out with BI251 audio, streaming it instead of downloading it first. While the intro track which is just over a minute long played ok, the first longer track (about 10 minutes) automatically skipped the last 30 seconds when it got to that point, and started the next track.
I seem to remember mentioning a similar problem several years ago when viewing Logos course videos (on my desktop?), although those only skipped the last 10 seconds, not 30 seconds like on audio now. That hasn't been a problem for some time, though.
Thanks again.

Thanks for those specific instructions, John.
I was still unable to duplicate this behavior.
