Mobile app can't find reading plan
I just loaded Logos desktop onto a new computer. I completed all installation and indexing first. When that was done I updated one of my reading plans with a bunch of new Bible text references. All of these texts and the reading plan show up and work fine in my desktop app.
However, my Android and iPad mobile apps keep telling me that they can't open the reading plan because it is based on a book that I don't own. But it should be referencing my top book, which, of course I own.
Both apps then stopped recognizing the reading plan even exists.
And now my Android mobile app started crashing right after boot up.
I've tried syncing my data on the desktop and mobile devices, rebooting desktop, iPad, and Android devices and restarting all apps. Nothing seems to make any difference.
Any idea what's going on???

Are you using the same login credentials on all device?
And is the Bible you are using for yout reading plan downloaded into your Android and Ipad apps?

Yes to both. I'm logged in using the same info. And I have the plan Bible on my mobile devices too.
The reading plan worked fine until I 1. Loaded Logos on a new computer and, 2. edited the plan by adding scripture references.
Thanks for your help!

I wouldn't expect this to have caused the problem - it shouldn't have affect the state of your reading plans

Editing a reading plan once you have started it can cause problems (I'm afraid I don't know the specifics) and it may be causing the mobile apps to become confused.
Is there any possibility of creating a new reading plan with the updated scriptural references and seeing if that works properly?

I duplicated my original plan. Neither the first or duplicate plan are showing up on my iPad.
I created a test reading plan on my iPad and it synced perfectly to my desktop app.
I also created a brand new plan on my desktop and it did not sync to my iPad.
So it would appear that reading plans are syncing from mobile to desktop, but not from desktop to mobile.

Do you mean they don't appear on the home page on your iPad or you can't see them in the Reading Plans section of the Library section of the menu?
I ask because I came across a problem where not all reading plans were showing on the homepage - but I thought that was fixed some time ago.

They don't appear in the reading plans section of the library or the home page.

Are plans you are crearing on the desktop appear at documents.logos.com (if you access that on your browser and use your Logos login credentials you should be able to see all your documents)

Yes they are showing up on documents.logos.com

I just reinstalled the app on my android phone. Once I logged in, I went to my reading plans. The plans created on my desktop were listed without the resource picture. When I click on them, it says the plan no longer exists. It also shows a broken link logo. Is it possible my apps lost the correct link to the document???

From https://community.logos.com/forums/t/212182.aspx - it looks as though there are some issues with Reading Plans on Android. I wonder if what you are seeing is related to this problem.
Could be worth sending logs through to Faithlife - see my link in the other thread advising how to do this.

I just had a chat with support. My problem is a known issue they are working to fix in a future update. It's good to know it's not just my app/equipment!
Thanks for your help!
