Word list stopped working

The The Word lit’s feature stopped working in my Verbum Desktop app. When I click the feature, it automatically reinitiates the whole program. Is there any way to fix it?

    Are you clicking on it in the document menu? in the right-click context menu?

    I did. I click as usual, but this time it did not open. I can open still the old lists I’ve made but I can’t create a new one.

    Is this EXACTLY what you are doing?

    Can you insert a screen shot of what you see after clicking on word list (3)?

    Hi Daniel or anyone who is in Customer Support


    My problem is that I can't create a new Word List  in either Greek or Hebrew. I was able to do it before I upgraded to Verbum Gold 10. So, the issue is that I do the same process to create a New List of Words: Documents > New > Word List. As soon as I click Word List the whole application re initiates sending and error:

    1. This is happening on my Mac

    2. I'm using Verbum Gold 10

    3. The error is the one above in the picture

    It seems to be working now. I guess someone from Customer support helped me to fix the problem. Thanks for your concern. I hope there won't be another issue.

    This is unlikely as they made no post in this thread which is their usual practice. You will generally get the quickest help if you directly answer the questions that are asked by people trying to help you. You will learn to use Logos more quickly if you understand what made it start working again as it is often a matter of user error if there is no mention of a fix being implemented.

    Thanks for your advice!

    I had also communicated with customer support and they replied. The last week I tried several times to create a new wordlist and was not working until this morning. I will inquire more what was the issue with the Wordlist failure if it happens again in the future.

    Anyhow, It seems that this forums works Pretty well
