arrows to move between pages--what did I do and how do I undo it.

One of my resources, the Nova Almeida Atualizada, has gone to a view in which I see text with reduced margins, and must use arrows to go forward or backward in the text. How do I return this to a normal, scrolling paragraph view? Thank you,

You are in Paged View. Click on the three dots menu at the upper right and select "None" under Columns to go back to normal scrolling view.
