Adding new vocabulary

I'm hoping there's a way to do this, maybe even a real obvious way, and I just need someone to point me in the right direction.

I have a large list of Greek vocabulary words that I know. I have them in a spreadsheet that I can load into my flashcard app. I want to read a NT book and need to generate a list of words from that NT book that are not yet on my list so I can add them to the spreadsheet, load them in the flashcard app, and start learning them.

Is there a way to generate that list of new words that I need to learn? I can use the concordance tool to get all the lemmas in a book or a chapter but is there a way to compare that list to the list of lemmas I already know and end up only with a list of the new words? Of course having the gloss, gender of nouns, etc. would be helpful too.

Is there something within Logos that will do this or is it something I need to learn how to do in Microsoft Excel?

A Word List (in Documents menu) will generate lemmas from a NT Bible or from the clipboard. Only a bible will give you glosses and pronunciation.

If you generate a Word List from your current vocabulary you can merge the two Word Lists and then export to a spreadsheet.

Your NT "book" may require use of the Concordance and clipboard if it is not available in the Word List feature.
