Can't view cart to download Bible
I clicked Add to cart on a Bible in Logos 9.17 Windows and found no way to view the cart. I then tried Add to cart on two other versions to test the button, but I never could view the cart. I also clicked Learn more but nothing happened. When I clicked the cart icon on the toolbar, I arrived at the store but saw no way to view the cart. The toolbar shows that there are 5 resources that will be downloaded when I restart. I do not want all three NASB versions, so I am reluctant to restart. How can I view the cart, remove what I don't want, and pay and download what I do want?

You do not need to be worried about restarting. <IF> you have already paid for these resources, they will download. If you <have not> already paid for these resources, they will not download. Restarting will have no impact upon purchases made or not yet made.
The toolbar shows that there are 5 resources that will be downloaded when I restart.
These <may> be resources that you just purchased (I don't know). If you accidentally purchased books you don't want, you can contact FL and return them.
For the record: I always stick to the website directly to make purchases and encourage you to do the same.
