The page numbering in the Logos book stops at Page 200, but there are pages and pages of Index and Passages Cited as well as an Index of Authors that have links to pages past Page 200 - e.g., Hosea 2, 11:1, and 13:1 all reference page 209 - but THERE IS NO PAGE 209! Instead of going to the page, all it does is pop up a window that looks like a footnote.
And EVERY ONE of the referenced pages for the Index of Authors is to a page number above 200; again, a little footnote window pops up instead of taking you to the page number, because there are no page numbers past 200.
