Any Such Dictionary??! Dictionary of History of Christian Interpretation

I am looking for a dictionary or resource which will give the Christian history of interpretation. For example, if I was to search the term "Baptism" it would give me the history of how baptism has been interpreted by Christian's over the years, e.g. when was household baptism introduced, and by whom. Or if I searched "election" it would tell me what early Church Father's believed on the subject and how it developed.

I hope that makes sense and someone can direct me to a resource!!

Brian's list is indeed good. The only frustration I had over the years, was 'sequence' ... how did a series of interpretations develop in time. The dictionary below is ante-Nicene only, so not quite what is asked for. But it does list in order, as available, starting with the NT, and then early church leaders.
