How long does it take before you receive a email voucher Full training course

I have updated to

Logos 10 Methodist & Wesleyan Silver

Information on the website says I have a choice to choose a course

when I got to the information to find out how I get access

it states I have to wait for a email With a code

I still haven't received this and I have followed the online help

I do not have much faith in the email support

appreciate any pointers
