This is a request to the big bosses (Faithlife English department). Please revamp the Spanish VIP program. It kind of sucks that they send you a 50% off offer because you are a “VIP,” but it basically excludes everything from the catalog 🤦🏻♂️ and then they add, other publishers might not be included due to contractual reasons 🥱
So what I want to buy is excluded in the first list and then the rest of the stuff might be excluded also 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I prefer a $5 or a $10 or a $15 dollar coupon like they’ve done in the past and not this kind of offers that exclude a bunch of stuff and on top of that you have to call them 😮💨
Why can’t they simplify things? And then the promotion email reads, “Choose your discount!” 😂😂😂
