How do I print reading schedule? If I press print under File it only prints the first page.

The entire reading plan is not meant to be printed directly from Logos4. In fact I'm surprised that print was an option. There is an export to iCal option. You should be able to print from there.
Ok... You could print the entire thing in the old Logos Software. Sad that it is not possible to do this in Logos4.
The Windows version allows it, so it must be a bug, or else extended printing is not implemented yet on the Mac.
