Does anyone know if Spurgeon followed the Advent calendar?

Spurgeon did not follow the lectionary.

Thanks, Justin. That I already knew. However, he may have preached on Advent regardless of the Lectionary.

I guess I don't follow what you are asking. He certainly preached on the first coming of Christ, and connected it to the Second Coming, but he did not so particularly in the season of advent. A search for "advent" in "author:spurgeon" brings lots of hits, but none of them in the sense that I think you mean.

The first Sunday of Advent in the Western Calendar always falls Nov. 27 - Dec. 3 (inclusively). Advent closes on Dec 24. I would search for Spurgeon's sermons delivered between those days looking for Advent themes.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I don’t think you’ll find that Spurgeon followed the church calendar. There is a book of “Sermons about Christmas” by him published by Hendrickson , but I can’t find it in Logos. that isn’t to say that these sermons aren’t included in one of the Spurgeon sermon collections in Logos.
you can find details of the Hendrickson book here: https://www.hendricksonrose.com/stories/10-quotes-about-christmas-charles-spurgeon#:~:text=Enjoy%20these%20short%20quotes%20from%20Charles%20Spurgeon%20from,Christmas%20without%20good%20will%20towards%20men.”%20More%20items0
