As you can see from the video attached, when rubbing a search from the new context menu, the last search is used, producing unnatural results for the user. I'd expect it to search all by default.

In the feedback in forums for the other platforms there has been a backlash against defaulting to "all" but rather to default to the last used. I will admit to being one strongly against an "all" as default.
Sure I can understand that. However I think that there is a different between initiating a search directly from a tool Vs running a search from the main search menu.
Either way it is a design choice not a bug. A request for a change would normally be a suggestion not a bug report. I make this distinction because design issues (suggestions) invite input from other users allowing FL to determine if there is a user consensus on the design or there are specific use cases to be considered. I do appreciate the effort you are putting into documenting and reporting errors/bugs. I wish more people would take the time to do so.
