Re. Add resources feature

I bought Logos 10 last night specially for the add print resource feature, the scanner doesn’t work and just sits there and returns no results.  The  manual add button is NOWHERE to be found on the app.  This is rather discouraging not too mention frustrating.  The app doe not look like the training video.

    Where are you looking - including whether you are looking for it on mobile or desktop?

    Which training video are you referring to?

    Not sure what device you’re using, but I had this issue on my iPhone at the outset. I suspect I had missed the iPhone requesting permission to use the camera. I deleted the app from my phone, reinstalled it, went into the scan print books option, agreed to using the camera, and everything worked fine.

    Greg thanks!  I figured it out!  I bought a version of Logos 10 not supporting the feature  I was disappointed since  all the hype about adding the point library was very  prominent. to be fair I never saw anything up front that explained this functionality was reserved to the higher upgrade
