  1. First, a suggestion button prominently displayed on the Forums and Faithlife sites so we (or just me!) can know where to post suggestions.
  2. Second, I like the option to Follow in the mobile app and think it would be very useful in the Link Set: on the desktop.

    1) Agreed definitely not being used as much as could, that would help send people there. I forget about it myself often. It could also be in the app.

    2) I was dissapointed this did not make it to L10 desktop. There is the "Multiple Resource View" which is supposedly the solution, which you might find helpful, I however I find it is has some serious limitations, such as having the parent resource filters applied to the child such as note icons, not being able to cannot adjust width individually, not being able to adjust the font size of the child, not being able to view the Table of Contents in the child resource, not being able to utilise forward/back arrows parallel resource for the child view etc.

    Hopefully in the future!

The "Follow" feature only does that: it does not lead; it follows. So if I set a commentary to follow, it will not change the linked Bible text if I choose to read several pages of the commentary. I flip back to the text and it is exactly where I left it. If I move the text to the next verse or paragraph, the commentary will follow.

I've only use the Multiple Resource View before to compare translations. Playing more with it now, I see that the leftmost panel seems to lead. I'll try working with this more.

    Thanks for your response!

I agree the follow feature in the mobile app would be a great addition to the desktop app.

Good summary of MV's limitations.  I like MV, but I think for most, a leader-scheme would be more intuitive (as mobile), and practical for Bible study.

Just expanding a little, Multiview can work with anything that can link together (shared milestone index).  In addition to Bibles and commentaries, other useful approaches are a leader lexicon (eg a BDAG), with follower lexicons of less use, Church Fathers, Josephus editions, and even ancient inscriptions.

But the mobile approach is the more obvious/intuitive.
