Notes like MS Word
I'm more of a "pen and paper" guy when making notes etc. Is there a simple and 'clean' page to do what some of us do with a piece of paper within Logos?

Clippings allow you make extensive notes. The only 'glitch' is that you must highlight some resource text to 'clip' and act as a heading for your Notes. That could be a portion of scripture or come from a commentary, etc.

I don't know what you actually need, but I finally got on the Logos Notes bandwagon when I watched Morris Proctor showing how to use it within Logos, on mobile, and organize the notes. You have to see the whole thing and then jump in.
I have been a pen and paper guy forever. But in about one month I went from a handful of notes to over 740. I put quotes, outlines, links to journals, weekly readings, and more. If you see how it works and just start using it, it will answer questions you didn't even know you had.
The really amazing thing is that it finally lets me integrate notes from everywhere. I paste from web forums, my pastor's message, and stuff I come across. It integrates really well between tablet/phone and my desktop.

I have been a user of Logos since 1.6 and have used many of their notes systems. And although, the current version of the notes has some good features; like the ability to make separate notebooks and such things, I still find the note system for Logos to be very cumbersome, clumsy, and difficult to use. I have tried to use it. I have created notebooks and tried my best, but I still find it difficult to use. I know there are a lot of people who probably truly enjoy it, but I don't enjoy it at all. I think I give it a try with every version, but I do not believe FL even touched this feature on L10. But I was trained by John MacArthur and Steve Lawson @ The Masters Seminary, so I have a different way to do notes anyway, probably!

Thanks, for your insight.

After I came from WordSearch to Logos... I quickly got onto the Notes bandwagon .... No regrets! I transferred all my WordSearch notes into Logos Notes... (which took a while)... and sailed on. I love Logos Notes!
I use Notes as my "pen and paper".... I find if I'm on my phone... I can quickly jot down a note about some verse or just a blank note... I have many NoteBooks and one of them is called.. My Stuff where I make misc notes and then later go back and study through the note I made.
I find Notes useful when in a Bible class or lectureship or such by making notes about the subject or verse at hand. I've even outlined other preachers sermons in Notes. I do it on my phone, tablet and laptop...
I am hoping one day for Logos to develop a way to use a "electronic pen" in Logos Notes that will translate my handwriting into text... that will work on my phone, tablet and pc... WOW!!! What a grrrrrreeeaaat idea!! [8-|]
