Broken link on website and missing volume from this series

Both Volume 2 and Volume 3 of Commentary on the New Testament from the Talmud and Midrash contain links to "Order all three volumes of the Commentary on the New Testament from the Talmud and Midrash" but if you click on that link you get "Weʼre sorry. This is not a product we currently sell." And indeed Volume 1 is missing.

Hopefully this is just a temporary situation, since Volume 1 is set to ship in print on December 14, while the other two volumes have been released already. Volume 1 is also not yet available in Kindle format (though I would guess it'll come along shortly).

This is just a heads-up to make sure you follow-up on this and get Volume 1 and hook up that link properly so we can buy the 3-volume set instead of each volume separately.

The link to the three-volume set should be fixed now. Volume 1 is currently on pre-order and I believe the ebooks.faithlife.com search filters default to showing "Live" products only. Volume 1 should appear in search results if you select "Pre-Pub" in the search filters.

Now here is an interesting new problem. I pasted "Commentary on the New Testament from the Talmud and Midrash" into the Search box, and the dropdown menu was populated with matches including what would appear to be a non-existent volume, "Commentary on the New Testament from the Talmud and Midrash, Volume 4". But when I select that option from the menu, I get "Your search 'Commentary on the New Testament from the Talmud and Midrash, Volume 4' did not match any results." Volumes 1 and 2 include this line which implies there are only 3 volumes in all:

1. The dropdown menu item should take us there.

2. The "all three volumes" text on Volumes 1, 2, and 3 is deceptive; it should say "all three existing volumes (more to come)" or something like that.

This is incredibly irritating. It seems to get reset back to the default ALL THE TIME. I turn it off, click on a link of one of the volumes to look at it, then click Back in my browser, and the "Live" checkbox is on again. When I search, I always want to see everything. Could this setting please be made a little bit less persistent? Or rather, more persistent? (If I turn it off, then go somewhere else, then come back, it should still be off.)
