Android mobile - how has delete in notes changed?

Could I ask how the delete function in notes has changed in the latest beta please? As you can see from the video, some words delete entirely when pressing delete once and other words delete letter by letter. It also seems to depend on how close it is to the line wrap. So not sure if this is a bug or undeclared change of functionality.

    Thanks for inquiring, Paul. We haven't made any recent changes to note deletion. It's possible that the difference your seeing with characters being deleted vs entire words is because of the way the swipe-to-type keyboard on Android has been designed. We investigated and tried typing into a different Android app, and the backspace will delete the last word that swipe-to-type created, and then it is character-by-character.

    Ok thanks Ali. Thinking about it, the various bugs with deleting that were present in the app were masking the behaviour of delete.  The true behaviour only became obvious when these issues were fixed. Thanks again for your help.
