Shortcut Folders Based on Individual Computers?
I assume the shortcut folder option is not a could based feature that is transferred to any computer with this account. I set up a folder at home on Logos, but it did not populate on my work computer. When I created ia new folder at work with the same name, it removed those shortcuts from the folder at home. Can anyone with folder experience verify this or if not, am I doing something wrong?

My two installations on laptops appear to be synced although I haven't specifically tested it beyond checking that they now agree.
When I created a new folder at work with the same name, it removed those shortcuts from the folder at home.
Doesn't this imply that the new folder on machine 2 updated the "old folder" on machine 1 or do I misunderstand you?Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

There is an ongoing issue with shortcut folders that has been reported and Faithlife is aware of it.
See their response here 1239181.aspx and the whole thread here BUG: Windows11 new Logos 10 install - Lost shortcut folders

I assume that is what is going on, although I cannot verify that. But I do know that when I created shortcut folder on one PC, it did not show up on the other one. Roy says there's a reported issue about shortcut folders so hopefully my problem is part of the upcoming fix.

The fix for this issue will be resolved differently for new and existing L10 users:
- The version upgrade to version 22 (just released today) will automatically fix this issue for users syncing data for the first time. So, new users to version 22 will never see this issue.
- Users with the issue today will be able to do one of two things:
- Wait for the other fix to ship in version 23, or
- Follow the instructions on this support page.

Delete your shortcuts.db file right now as a manual solution.
in ...\Logos\Documents\randomnumber\ShortcutsManager or ...\Verbum\Documents\randomnumber\ShortcutsManager

when I delete my shortcuts.db file, will Logos create a new file or must I start over creating shortcuts?

It should sync i.e. rebuild from the cloud
