SB prayer work book

When I was in Seminary (1988-) we had a PrayerLife workbook. It was a hard blue plastic cover with gold letters. Three-ring binder, but not an 8.5 x 11".

it was not a Blackaby, Edgemon, or Willis book. I don't know the author(s) name. For the life of me, I can not remember.

any help for this foggy mind?

I got a useful suggestion in reply (not far off from what Gregory suggested, but a bit more broad: not just your professor, in case he (or she) is no longer around, but fellow classmates, if you remember any of them, or staff of the seminary).

I thought of emailing the Seminary to see if they had any suggestions. Also, there are two SB churches in the City that I could reach out to as well. However, the professor(s) are no longer with us.
