Logos 10 Mobile App
I heard that there were more features on the ipad vs other tablets. I am running Logos 10 on my Microsoft Surface Studio. Would i have issues in purchasing an ipad pro to run the Logos Mobile app

Welcome to the forums Leonard
You won't have any problems with an iPad as long as you are aware that the mobile app (on any platform) is not as accomplished as the desktop app.

As far as I know, the MS Surface runs the full desktop version of Logos. The iPad version of Logos has more features than the Android and Kindle versions, but less than the desktop (Surface) version.

I don't understand the motivation behind your question, which makes it difficult to answer. However, my response to your question as written: There is no LOGOS reason to purchase an iPad Pro to run the mobile app. It runs just as well on the cheap one.
Have you run the mobile app on an iPhone or Android before? The ipad version is essentially the same app.

The ipad version is essentially the same app.
Although there have been a lot of reports recently about lack of functionality in the Android app compared to Apple devices

Yeah, but the android app has "report typo," so they have that.
A smile this morning! What an endorsement! Granted, true. As I'm FL mobile free (except my Mac-see-if-they-fixed-anything), typos are gorgeously invisible.

That feature has been retired. [*-)]

I use the app right now on my android but according to Morris Proctor there are some great features on the ipad but not on the android. Such as Advanced Timeline, Canvas, and Draw on screen. I am just exploring all options as I just upgraded to the Logos 10 platform.

Draw on screen
For clarification (because many don't understand): This is an iPadOS feature which FL implemented... the "draw on screen" is drawing on a screenshot.
Apparently it DOES send the image to your FL account, but it is not editiable from the desktop app. I am sure similar things can be done on Android, just outside of the Logos app.
Don't get me wrong: I love my iPad and the mobile app, but your original post mentions a surface device. The iPad app is not the desktop app in any way.

True, in Beta. It just came back from oblivion.
