Depends on your need and the resources you have. Do you need to build up your ministry resources, or NT/OT exegetical, history? It depends on what you have, and what you need.
Do you have the IVP Reference Collection? If you look around you might find it for $100 or even less. Well worth it.
Expositor's Bible Commentary is an incredible value for a whole Bible commentary: http://www.logos.com/products/details/5457
While it does depend on your needs, if all you have is a base package one of the best values you can add and I recommend to most as a first add on is the Essential IVP reference bundle. I can't link to it because of forum rules but it can be had for under $100.

I am ready to purchase now at that price. Where would I start looking for that. I have typed in that search and have found nothing except the 190 dollar price tag. Any help is appreciated.

Be sure to get the Version 3 Collection. Although the Version 2.0 is good and floating around out there for cheap, the small price difference for the Version 3 is well worth it for the upgraded resources.
